Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
At GlowXGiGi , we strive to provide every client with exceptional service and attention to detail. To ensure that each appointment runs smoothly and timely, we have implemented the following late arrival policy:
Arrival Time: We kindly request that clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. Arriving on time allows us to dedicate the full allotted time to your service, ensuring the best possible experience.
Late Arrival Grace Period: Clients are allotted a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals (depending on the scheduled treatment. If running late, please notify GlowXGiGi via text message, phone call or email. If a client arrives within this grace period, we will make every effort to accommodate the remaining time of the scheduled appointment, but please note that the service may be abbreviated to fit within the remaining time slot, and optimal results cannot be guaranteed.
Beyond Grace Period: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment and it is not feasible to accommodate the full service within the remaining time slot, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, subject to availability, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
Late Arrival Fee: In cases where a client arrives significantly late for their appointment, a late arrival fee of 50% may be applied to compensate for the time reserved for the appointment.
No-Show Appointments: Failing to show up for scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost and will require prepayment to reschedule future appointments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing delays, and we will strive to be flexible whenever possible. However, consistent adherence to appointment times is crucial to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our services for all clients.
By scheduling an appointment the client agrees to adhere to these policies and understand that they are in place to ensure the efficient operation of GlowXGiGi and to respect the time and commitment to all of our clients.
