GlowXGiGi is located in a private residential studio in Lake Highlands, at the Lake Highlands Town Center.

Yes, there is ample parking. However, building access may require additional instructions. Access instructions will be provided after scheduling an appointment.

You can make an appointment by selecting “Book Now”. We do not accept walk – in appointments. You can “Contact now” for same day availability.

Are you licensed?

GiGi Holds an active Cosmetologist – esthetician license in the state of the Texas. License #1805249.

What are scheduling terms and conditions?

GlowXGiGi requires a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling an Appointment. The remaining 50% will be due at the time of service.

Appointments must be requested 24 hours in advance.

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hour policy for changes or cancellations: If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify at least 48 hours in advance. If requested within 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply. Appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost if rescheduled. 100% of the service cost if cancelled without rescheduling.

What is your no-show policy?

Missed appointments without prior notice (NO-SHOWS) – will forfeit the 50% deposit required at the time of scheduling your appointmen and charged the remaining cost of the treatment scheduled. To reschedule the appointment a new 50% deposit must be paid. GlowXGiGi reserve the right to deny any bookings to those persons who have previously failed to show up to their appointments without prior notice. 

What payment methods do you accept?

GlowxGiGi accepts all major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. All payments are processed electronically through secure payment system powered by stripe. Venmo, cash app, or Zelle will be not be accepted.

What is your refund policy ?

GlowXGiGi does not provide refunds. GiGi offers 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues or concerns after your session is complete, please inform GlowXGiGi as soon as possible.

We can address most issues at no charge within three (3) days of your appointment, provided that you have followed proper after-care instructions. Any service follow-ups after the 3 day window will incur the regular cost.

What is the Late Arrival Policy?

GlowXGiGi offers a fifteen (15)  minute grace period. Anything beyond 15 minutes, may not be accommodated and could result in a no-show or rescheduling fee.

Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your appointment.
