ARRIVAL AND ETIQUETTE
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to help familiarize you with the facilities and allows you to relax before your experiences begin. Please note all treatments end on time, regardless of start time.
Upon arrival, please message us. Please refrain from knocking on the door during early arrival as treatments can be in progress.
ENVIRONMENT
GlowXGiGi Skin & Beauty is your destination for relaxation. For your peace and tranquility, cell phones and other electronic device use not permitted during your treatment. Please silence your electronics or mobile devices. Children under 18 must accompanied by a legal parent or guardian to receive treatments at GlowXGiGi Skin & Beauty Studio.
Spa treatments are available to guests age 12 – 17 when accompanied by an adult. GlowXGiGi promotes a safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment. Please avoid bringing additional guests. They will not be permitted in the treatment room. They are welcome to wait in the designated waiting areas.
