The House Call Process: What to Expect
To maintain the highest standards of safety, artistry, and relaxation, every concierge appointment follows a refined protocol:
1. The Ritual: Relax completely as you receive high-end, uninterrupted artistry without ever having to step outside your door.
2. The Virtual Consultation: Prior to your session, we will connect briefly to review your skin health, aesthetic goals, and space requirements.
3. Creating the Sanctuary: GiGi arrives with a fully sanitized, mobile luxury setup. We request a quiet, well-ventilated space with access to an electrical outlet and natural light if possible. No pets or children in the treatment area.
Essential Concierge Policies & Investment
To ensure the seamless delivery of our traveling services, please review our exclusive booking terms:
Service Minimums: Private on-location appointments require a minimum service investment of $100 (excluding travel fees).
Travel Radius: Our primary concierge service area covers Killeen, Harker Heights, and immediate surrounding areas. Locations outside a 20-mile radius of Killeen will incur a customized travel premium.
Preparation: Please ensure your skin is entirely clean, free of makeup, and that pets/distractions are minimized in the designated service area for the duration of the treatment.
Securing Your Session: Due to the limited nature of our travel calendar, all private sessions require a non-refundable retainer to reserve the date and time.
