What is your arrival policy?

We kindly request that all clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. This allows us to dedicate the full allotted time to your service, ensuring the best possible experience.

Is there a grace period for late arrivals?

Yes, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, depending on the scheduled treatment. If you’re running late, please notify us via text message, phone call, or email.

If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, we will try our best to accommodate the remaining time of your appointment. However, please note that the service may be abbreviated to fit within the remaining time slot, and optimal results cannot be guaranteed.

What if I’m more than 15 minutes late?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full service within the remaining time slot. In that case, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.

Is there a late arrival fee?

Yes, in cases of significant late arrivals, a late arrival fee of 50% may be applied to compensate for the time reserved for the appointment.

Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost. Additionally, prepayment will be required to reschedule future appointments.

To avoid any fees, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so with adequate notice (typically 24-48 hours, depending on the service).
