What to Expect as a New Client
Arrival & check-in: Arrive 5–10 minutes early to unwind. GlowXGiGi Skin & Beauty Studio is located inside of Mattison Avenue Suites & Spa. Common waiting areas and restrooms are available outside of the treatment room for your convenience. Please text upon arrival.
Consultation process: our first appointment includes a detailed consultation, where we’ll review your goals, skin type, lifestyle, and preferences. Our treatments are always customized using high-quality, professional-grade products. We’ll take a before and after photo. Please arrive with little to no make up.
Treatment time: Treatment times vary based on the treatment being performed. If you have time constraints please contact us prior to your appointment.
Aftercare: We’ll thoroughly dive into aftercare chat, you will also receive a follow up text with detailed aftercare information. All aftercare resources are available here.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Get Directions to the Studio – We’re located in Dallas with free and easy parking. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to unwind.
Fill Out Your New Client Form – Complete all forms at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can fill out our treatment questionnaire here. This helps spend more of the appointment time relaxing during your treatment.

It’s All About Your Comfort
This is your time, so enjoy the experience. Let us know your preferences for room temperature, aromatherapy, and music volume. Please turn off cell phones and devices in the treatment room.
Scheduling & Policies
Your time is valuable — and so is ours! Please review our Studio Policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and rescheduling. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes.
